I found this on Face Book, Under Foodies TV, and it is so easy! I was not sure if I would like the sour cream, but this is really good if you like pineapple and coconut!

Ingredients

  • 1 can 20 oz crushed pineapples undrained
  • 1 box 4 1/2 servings vanilla instant pudding
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 1 - 9 inch graham cracker crust
  • 1 can (8oz) pineapple slices
  • 8 - maraschino cherries
  • 1/2 cup sweetened flaked, coconut
  • 1 - sm container of cool whip

How To Make two minute hawaiian pie

  • Step 1
    In a large bowl, combine crushed pineapple with its syrup, dry pudding mix, and sour cream; mix until well combined.
  • Step 2
    Spoon into pie crust and decorate top with Cool Whip, pineapple slices and cherries; sprinkle with coconut.
  • Step 3
    Cover and chill at least 2 hours before serving.
