Ingredients
- 24 ounces mixed berries frozen (rinse and thaw) or fresh
- 1 - pie crust - i used pillsbury 2 pack by the eggs in store
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 - egg
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1/2 cup flour
How To Make triple berry pie

Step 1Heat oven with baking sheet in it to 425 Mix thawed and rinsed berries with sugar, flour and cinnamon (I used Schwanns mixed berries but I also added a small 10 oz bag of other mixed berries so my pie was larger)

Step 2Roll out bottom pie crust and place in pie pan Using egg white, brush bottom on pie crust

Step 3Add filling and using a spatula just lighting skim around top of filling with butter Then roll out top crust, place on top of filling. Using fingers just pinch the top and bottom crust together at the edges to form with the bottom crust Brush top with egg white and sprinkle sugar on top just a pinch (wink) Then cover edges with a strip of foil Make an X with your paring knife in the center of the pie Bake on lowest rack on cookie sheet for 35 min Remove foil and cook 10 more minutes
