- 1350 degree oven. Put cookies in food processor and pulse until finely ground. Add the butter and pulse until the mixture comes together. Press into a tart shell and bake for 10 minutes or until slightly firm and browned. Let cool.
- 2Spread the raspberry jam into the tart shell; sprinkle with a dusting of powdered sugar and serve.
