Super Easy Pie Crust
I have made this a few times after previously avoiding homemade crust because it was "too hard". This recipe is simple, easy and so good.
How to Make Super Easy Pie Crust
- Put butter, flour and salt into food processor. Pulse until mixture resembles wet sand.
- Add water 1 tbsp at a time, pulsing after each addition, until dough just comes together.
- Remove from processor and form into 2 even discs. Put discs into separate resealable plastic bags and chill for at least 30 minutes. Dough can be rolled out on floured surface for pie or used as needed.
