This is a recipe I got from Melissa D'Arabian of the Food Network. Her story is that this recipe was taught to her by her French mother-in-law shortly before her wedding day.

I have made this a few times after previously avoiding homemade crust because it was "too hard". This recipe is simple, easy and so good.
