Ingredients
- 1 package pillsbury sugar cookie dough
- 1 - 8oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 - 5oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 - eggs
- 1 can cherry pie filling

Step 1Slice the cookie dough into 10 to 12 slices and then cut the slices into fourths. Place them around the bottom and sides of a 9 inch deep dish pie plate. Using your fingers, press the cookie dough around the bottom and sides of plate evenly to form your crust. Bake at 350 in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Cool completely.

Step 2Beat one 8 oz package plus 5 oz of cream cheese, add 1/2 c sugar and beat 2 minutes. Add vanilla and eggs one at a time and continue to beat 1 minute. Pour into cooled crust.

Step 3Bake at 325 in preheated oven for 45-50 minutes until cooked through and lightly browned. Chill for at least 6 hours or overnight. Top with cherry pie filling. Enjoy!
