Ingredients

10 ounces frozen strawberries
1 1/4 cups water
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon lemon juice
dash red food coloring
1 medium banana
- pre-baked pie shell

How To Make strawberry - banana pie

Step 1

Thaw strawberries. Slice banana and place in bottom of baked pie shell.

Step 2

Mix all ingredients with the thawed strawberries and cook over medium heat until thickened. Cool slightly and pour over the sliced bananas.
Step 3

Cool completely and serve with whipped cream topping or coolwhip topping.
