- 3 - eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup corn syrup, dark
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 6 tablespoons melted butter - lightly cooled
- 1 cup pecan pieces or halves
- 9 - inch unbaked pie shell - not deep dish
How To Make so easy pecan pie

Step 1Prepare pie crust.

Step 2Preheat oven to 350 degree F. In a large bowl, beat eggs - to the eggs add the sugar, corn syrup, cooled butter and vanilla, beat until well combine - use a whisk. Stir in pecans

Step 3Pour into your prepared pie shell.

Step 4bake for 45 -55 minutes or until a knife inserted half way between outside and center comes out clean. Halfway through baking, you may want to shield your crust with some foil, to keep it from getting too dark. Cool on cooling rack. Enjoy alone, with ice cream or whipped cream.
