This is such an easy pecan pie recipe...just mix it all together, pour it into crust and you're good to go... Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 3 - eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup corn syrup, dark
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 6 tablespoons melted butter - lightly cooled
  • 1 cup pecan pieces or halves
  • 9 - inch unbaked pie shell - not deep dish

How To Make so easy pecan pie

  • Step 1
    Prepare pie crust.
  • Step 2
    Preheat oven to 350 degree F. In a large bowl, beat eggs - to the eggs add the sugar, corn syrup, cooled butter and vanilla, beat until well combine - use a whisk. Stir in pecans
  • Step 3
    Pour into your prepared pie shell.
  • Step 4
    bake for 45 -55 minutes or until a knife inserted half way between outside and center comes out clean. Halfway through baking, you may want to shield your crust with some foil, to keep it from getting too dark. Cool on cooling rack. Enjoy alone, with ice cream or whipped cream.
