Ingredients For simple cheesecake

  • 2 (8) oz
    packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c
    white sugar
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1
    9 inch unbaked graham cracker crust

How To Make simple cheesecake

    Preheat oven to 325 degrees F
  • 2
    In a large bowl cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Beat until light and fluffy.

    Pour batter into graham cracker pie crust. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes. Allow to cool completely. Serve with fruit topping of your choice or just enjoy it plain.
