1Stir melted butter into crushed graham crackers , until evenly moistened . Press crumb mixture onto bottom and about 2 inches up the sides of an 8 or 9 inch springform pan. I use a metal measuring cup - works wonderfully.
In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, flour, and vanilla. Beat until fluffy. Add eggs and yolk all at once, beating on low speed just until combined. Stir in milk. Pour into crust.
2Place cheesecake on a shallow baking pan.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 35-40 minutes or until center appears nearly set when shaken ( but a tad bit jiggly.) Remove from oven and cool 15 minutes. With a thin knife loosen edges of crust from sides of pan. Cool for 30 minutes; remove sides of pan. Cool completely, and chill for at least 4 hours.
3Top with a dollop of your favorite fruit topping.
The eggs didn't show up in the ingredients. It would be 2 large eggs plus 1 yolk. I edited the recipe, will eventually show up.
