rocky road pie

Updated on Jun 27, 2014

This pie is quick and easy and so good and chocolatey! It has a dark chocolate crust, milk chocolate filling and bits of semi-sweet chocolate. It also has mini marshmallows and chopped pecans, which, along with additional flavor, adds interest to the texture. Delicious! (NOTE: Some people may not care for the sandy texture of the store-bought crust. A homemade chocolate cookie crust or a regular pastry crust would be a good substitute.)
