Ingredients
- ***STEP ONE***
- 20 - *ritz* crackers-rolled fine (or use food processor)
- 1 cup nuts-chopped fine (pecans are my choice)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sugar
- ***STEP TWO***
- 3 - egg whites-stiffly beaten
- 1/2 cup sugar
How To Make ritz cracker pie

Step 1Mix the ingredients in step one. Now mix the ingredients in step two. At this point, combine the mixture from step one with the mixture from step two. Take a glass pie plate and grease it. Pour the final mixture into the pie plate packing down the mixture. Bake at 350* for 30 minutes.

Step 2***Note*** top with whip cream or other whipped topping and some chocolate shavings.
