Ingredients

3 - egg whites
1 cup sugar
20 - ritz crackers
9 ounces whipped topping
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 dash salt
1 cup chopped pecans

How To Make ritz cracker pie

Step 1

Beat eggs whites until stiff.

Step 2

Fold in baking powder, salt, and sugar.
Step 3

Add crushed crackers and pecans.
Step 4

Put into buttered pie pan.
Step 5

Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 6

Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
Step 7

Top with whipped topping.
