- 3 - egg whites
- 1 cup sugar
- 20 - ritz crackers
- 9 ounces whipped topping
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 dash salt
- 1 cup chopped pecans
How To Make ritz cracker pie

Step 1Beat eggs whites until stiff.

Step 2Fold in baking powder, salt, and sugar.

Step 3Add crushed crackers and pecans.

Step 4Put into buttered pie pan.

Step 5Heat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 6Bake 25 to 30 minutes.

Step 7Top with whipped topping.
