eggs (slightly beaten)
can pumkin (or 2 cups)
light cream or evaporated milk
coarsely chopped pecans
How to Make Pumpkin Pecan Pie
1Blend together eggs and pumpkin.
2Stir in sugar, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg.
5Bake in a hot oven (400) degrees for 45 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted in center of pie comes out clean.
6Cool completely on wire rack.
7Combine butter, brown sugar and pecans.
8Gently drop by spoonfuls over cooled pie to cover top.
9Broil 5" below heat until mixture begins to bubble about 3 minutes.
10Watch carefully (if cooked too long, top will turn syrupy).
