Ingredients
- 4 - eggs lightly beaten
- 29 ounces solid pack pumpkin or if using your own homemade pumpkin 2 cups.
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 3 cups heavy cream or half & half
- 2 - 9 5/8 in. pie shells
How To Make pumpkin custard pie

Step 1Preheat oven to 425*F. Combine ingredients in the order given. Divide evenly into pie shells. Bake 15 min.. Reduce heat to 350*F and bake 45 min. Depending on your oven you may need to extend cook time another 20 min. Bake until knife comes out clean.
