    eggs lightly beaten
  • 29 oz
    solid pack pumpkin or if using your own homemade pumpkin 2 cups.
  • 1 1/2 c
  • 1 tsp
  • 2 tsp
    ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp
    ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground cloves
  • 3 c
    heavy cream or half & half
  • 2
    9 5/8 in. pie shells

How to Make Pumpkin Custard Pie


  1. Preheat oven to 425*F. Combine ingredients in the order given. Divide evenly into pie shells. Bake 15 min.. Reduce heat to 350*F and bake 45 min. Depending on your oven you may need to extend cook time another 20 min. Bake until knife comes out clean.
