This is a super easy and super yummy pie. It's also super easy to swap out the juice concentrate for MANY different flavors!!

Ingredients

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can frozen pink lemonade, thawed
  • 1 package cool whip
  • 1 - premade graham pie crust
  • FOR GARNISH
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • - red food coloring drops
  • 1 slice lemon

How To Make pink lemonade pie w coconut

  • Step 1
    Make sure frozen ingredients are thawed.
  • Step 2
    In a bowl mix the sweetened condensed milk, pink lemonade, and cool whip. Pour into graham crust.
  • Step 3
    FREEZE prior to serving. This is a very liquid-y pie and is best served slightly frozen.
  • Step 4
    FOR GARNISH: In a small bowl mix the coconut with 3 drops of red food coloring. Stir and sprinkle over pie. Top with lemon slice.
