This is a super easy and super yummy pie. It's also super easy to swap out the juice concentrate for MANY different flavors!!

Ingredients

  • 1 can(s)
    sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can(s)
    frozen pink lemonade, thawed
  • 1 pkg
    cool whip
  • 1
    premade graham pie crust
  • FOR GARNISH

  • 1/2 c
    shredded coconut
  • ·
    red food coloring drops
  • 1 slice
    lemon

How to Make Pink Lemonade Pie w Coconut

Step-by-Step

  1. Make sure frozen ingredients are thawed.
  2. In a bowl mix the sweetened condensed milk, pink lemonade, and cool whip. Pour into graham crust.
  3. FREEZE prior to serving. This is a very liquid-y pie and is best served slightly frozen.
  4. FOR GARNISH:
    In a small bowl mix the coconut with 3 drops of red food coloring. Stir and sprinkle over pie. Top with lemon slice.
