Such an easy, yet yummy pie. I make my own crust, but if pressed for time, by all means use a store bought. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 - 20 ounces + 1 - 7 ounce can, crushed pineapple - well drained ( saving 2 tablespoons of juice
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 - 8 ounces cool whip, thawed
- CRUST - YOU CAN USE A STORE BOUGHT CRUST, I JUST PREFER TO MAKE MY OWN
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup melted butter
How To Make pineapple cheese pie ~ easy

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degree F. In a small bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs & sugar. Stir in melted butter, and blend until all crumbs are moistened.

Step 2Place in 9 inch pie crust. I then use a metal measuring cup to press evenly into bottom pf place and up the sides. This works best for me. Use a spoon or your fingers if you prefer. Place in oven and bake for 10 minutes or until turning golden on edges. Cool on rack.

Step 3For pie: In a large mixing bowl, cream sugar, cream cheese and the 2 tablespoons of juice, until well blended.

Step 4Fold in the well drained pineapple.

Step 5Next, fold in the whipped cream until well blended.

Step 6Spoon evenly into the cooled crust. Chill for 4 - 6 hours, before serving.
