Delicious and super easy!!!!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 3 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup light or dark corn syrup (i used half of each)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar (can use less if desired)
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 - 9" unbaked pie shell

How To Make pecan pie

  • Step 1
    Arrange pecans evenly in bottom of unbaked pie shell.
  • Step 2
    Combine remaining ingredients and mix well. (I used a mixer to make sure it was all blended evenly).
  • Step 3
    Pour mixture over pecans.
  • Step 4
    Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Test middle of pie with a knife to make sure it set up well.
