Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 3 large eggs
- 3/4 cup light or dark corn syrup (i used half of each)
- 1 cup granulated sugar (can use less if desired)
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 - 9" unbaked pie shell
How To Make pecan pie

Step 1Arrange pecans evenly in bottom of unbaked pie shell.

Step 2Combine remaining ingredients and mix well. (I used a mixer to make sure it was all blended evenly).

Step 3Pour mixture over pecans.

Step 4Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Test middle of pie with a knife to make sure it set up well.
