  • 1 c
    chopped pecans
  • 3 large
  • 3/4 c
    light or dark corn syrup (i used half of each)
  • 1 c
    granulated sugar (can use less if desired)
  • 1/4 c
    butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 1
    9" unbaked pie shell

How to Make Pecan Pie


  1. Arrange pecans evenly in bottom of unbaked pie shell.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients and mix well. (I used a mixer to make sure it was all blended evenly).
  3. Pour mixture over pecans.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Test middle of pie with a knife to make sure it set up well.
