Ingredients

1 (9 in.)
pie crust
3
eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 c
sugar
1 c
corn syrup, dark
1 tsp
vanilla
1/4 c
butter, melted
1 c
pecan halves
1/2 tsp
salt

How to Make Pecan Pie

Step-by-Step

  • 1beat eggs slightly.
  • 2Add sugar and corn syrup. Beat with mixer just enough to mix the ingredients.
  • 3Add salt, vanilla and butter. Mix.
  • 4Place the pecans in the bottom of the pie crust.
  • 5Carefully pour the mixture over the pecans.
  • 6Bake at 3510 degrees for 50 minutes to 1 hour.
  • 7Cool before slicing. Serve at room temperature.
