I got this recipe from a friend in New Mexico back in the 80's and it's been a family favorite ever since!

Ingredients
- 1/4 pound butter, melted
- 1 pound brown sugar, light
- 3 - eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 6 tablespoons milk
- 2 teaspoons vinegar
- 1 cup pecans, in pieces
- 1 - pie crust shell
How To Make pecan pie

Step 1Melt butter; set aside to cool. Mix flour and sugar together. Add milk and eggs, beat well. Stir in vinegar and vanilla. Add melted butter and nuts; pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake 300 degrees for about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
