1Drain peaches, reserving 3 Tbsp. of juice. Mix flour, milk, pudding mix, margarine, egg, baking powder and salt in mixing bowl. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes, scraping the bowl occasionally. Pour into a greased pie plate and arrange peaches over top.
2Mix cream cheese, 1/2 cu sugar and the reserved peach juice in mixing bowl. Beat at medium speed til creamy. Spoon cram cheese mixture over prepared layers. Mix cinnamon and 1 Tbsp. sugar in small bowl and sprinkle over the top. Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes. Serves 8
