no bake cheese cake pie
My daughter and I use this recipe all the time during the summer picnics and when fresh fruit of all kind is available. We sometimes add vanilla and/or cocoa to the cheese mixture.

Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tube (8 oz) cool whip
- 1 - graham cracker pie crust
How To Make no bake cheese cake pie

Step 1In a bowl whip sour cream and cream cheese and sugar.

Step 2Add 1/2 cup of the cool whip and whip to loosen up.

Step 3Fold in rest of cool whip. Will be stiff. I use my mixer to fold and the lowest speed and dough hooks.

Step 4Put in pie crust and refrigerate. Add topping of choice when serving.
