1 1/4 cshortening

1 tspsalt

1egg, well beaten

8 Tbspwater

1 Tbspvinegar

1 tspsugar (optional)
How to Make Never Fail Pie Crust
- Cut shortening in flour and salt.
- Combine egg, water and vinegar. Pour over flour mixture all at once.
- Blend until moistened. May be rerolled
- Keeps two weeks in refrigerator.
