never fail pie crust
Recipe given to me by my mother-in-law, one of the best cooks I know. She swears you cannot goof this recipe up and and always turns out perfect.

Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 1 1/4 cups shortening
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 - egg, well beaten
- 8 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar (optional)
How To Make never fail pie crust

Step 1Cut shortening in flour and salt.

Step 2Combine egg, water and vinegar. Pour over flour mixture all at once.

Step 3Blend until moistened. May be rerolled

Step 4Keeps two weeks in refrigerator.
