My wife loves coffee. To bring a little more love I came up with this recipe for Coffee Pie.

Ingredients

1 - unbaked pie shell
1/4 cup sour cream
1 can 14 ounce sweetened condensed milk
3 - eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons instant coffee powder
1/4 cup chocolate syrup
- whipped topping

How To Make mocha latte pie

Step 1

Heat oven to 350°F.

Step 2

Combine sour cream, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, vanilla extract, coffee and chocolate syrup. Mix until smooth and coffee has dissolved.
Step 3

Fill pie shell.
Step 4

Bake 50 minutes or until filling is set and a knife inserted comes out clean.
Step 5

Remove from oven and cool.
Step 6

Serve with whipped topping.
