My wife loves coffee. To bring a little more love I came up with this recipe for Coffee Pie.

Ingredients
- 1 - unbaked pie shell
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 can 14 ounce sweetened condensed milk
- 3 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons instant coffee powder
- 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
- - whipped topping
How To Make mocha latte pie

Step 1Heat oven to 350°F.

Step 2Combine sour cream, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, vanilla extract, coffee and chocolate syrup. Mix until smooth and coffee has dissolved.

Step 3Fill pie shell.

Step 4Bake 50 minutes or until filling is set and a knife inserted comes out clean.

Step 5Remove from oven and cool.

Step 6Serve with whipped topping.
