Ingredients

  • 3 cups pecans, chopped
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup dark corn syrup
  • 3 large eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1-1/2 package (8oz) frozen tart shells

How To Make mini pecan pies

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350. Toast pecans 8-10 minutes
  • Step 2
    Stir together sugar and corn syrup. Stir in eggs, pecans, and next 3 ingredients
  • Step 3
    Spoon about 1/4 cup pecan mixture in each tart shell Place filled shells on baking sheet.
  • Step 4
    Bake 350 for 25-30 minutes or until set. Remove to wire rack and cool completely.
  • Step 5
    Store in airtight container for up to 3 days.
