How to Make MINI PECAN PIES
1Preheat oven to 350.
Toast pecans 8-10 minutes
2Stir together sugar and corn syrup.
Stir in eggs, pecans, and next 3 ingredients
3Spoon about 1/4 cup pecan mixture in each tart shell
Place filled shells on baking sheet.
4Bake 350 for 25-30 minutes or until set.
Remove to wire rack and cool completely.
5Store in airtight container for up to 3 days.
