Ingredients

  • 3 c
    pecans, chopped
  • 3/4 c
    sugar
  • 3/4 c
    dark corn syrup
  • 3 large
    eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter, melted
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp
    salt
  • 1-1/2 pkg
    (8oz) frozen tart shells

How to Make MINI PECAN PIES

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
    Toast pecans 8-10 minutes
  2. Stir together sugar and corn syrup.
    Stir in eggs, pecans, and next 3 ingredients
  3. Spoon about 1/4 cup pecan mixture in each tart shell
    Place filled shells on baking sheet.
  4. Bake 350 for 25-30 minutes or until set.
    Remove to wire rack and cool completely.
  5. Store in airtight container for up to 3 days.
