Ingredients
- 3 cups pecans, chopped
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup dark corn syrup
- 3 large eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1-1/2 package (8oz) frozen tart shells
How To Make mini pecan pies

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. Toast pecans 8-10 minutes

Step 2Stir together sugar and corn syrup. Stir in eggs, pecans, and next 3 ingredients

Step 3Spoon about 1/4 cup pecan mixture in each tart shell Place filled shells on baking sheet.

Step 4Bake 350 for 25-30 minutes or until set. Remove to wire rack and cool completely.

Step 5Store in airtight container for up to 3 days.
