    graham cracker crunbs
  • 1/2 c
    butter, melted
  • 1/4 c
    granulated sugar
  • 1 c
    semi-sweet mini morsels
  • 1 qt
    vanilla ice cream, softened

How to Make Mini Morsel Ice Cream Pie


  1. Combine cracker crumbs, butter and sugar in medium bowl; stir in morsels. Set aside a small amount of mixture for top of pie.
  2. Press 2 1/2 cups of crumb mixture evenly on bottom and side of 9 inch pie plate. Freeze for 15 minutes or until firm.
  3. Spread softened ice cream evenly in pie shell. Top with remaining crumb mixture; freeze for 2 hours or until firm.
