My Grand kids lay claim to this pie when I make it!

Ingredients

  • 11/2 cups graham cracker crunbs
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup semi-sweet mini morsels
  • 1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened

How To Make mini morsel ice cream pie

  • Step 1
    Combine cracker crumbs, butter and sugar in medium bowl; stir in morsels. Set aside a small amount of mixture for top of pie.
  • Step 2
    Press 2 1/2 cups of crumb mixture evenly on bottom and side of 9 inch pie plate. Freeze for 15 minutes or until firm.
  • Step 3
    Spread softened ice cream evenly in pie shell. Top with remaining crumb mixture; freeze for 2 hours or until firm.
