- 2Place sugar, eggs and lemon juice in blender until smooth about 3 minutes
- 3Pour melted butter into blender and blend for 30 seconds more.
- 4Transfer lemon filling into pastry shell and bake for 30 to 35 minutes until filling is just set. Let pie rest until completely set before serving, about 15 minutes more.
