Ingredients

  • 1 bag regular size marshmallows
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2- 8 oz packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 - container cool whip
  • 1 - graham cracker pie crust
  • 1/4 cup chocolate or caramel topping

How To Make marshmallow cheesecake pie

  • Step 1
    In a large bowl with an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese until it is well mixed and creamy.
  • Step 2
    In a medium saucepan, melt the marshmallows and milk together over medium-low heat. Keep a close eye on it and stir occasionally. It takes about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
  • Step 3
    Add ingredients from saucepan to the cream cheese and beat with electric mixer to combine. Fold in the whipped topping until thoroughly combined.
  • Step 4
    Pour into graham cracker crust and let set in refrigerator several hours or overnight. *Optional: drizzle with chocolate or caramel topping.
