Marshmallow Cheesecake Pie
1 bag(s)regular size marshmallows
2- 8 oz pkgcream cheese, softened
1container cool whip
1graham cracker pie crust
1/4 cchocolate or caramel topping
How to Make Marshmallow Cheesecake Pie
- In a large bowl with an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese until it is well mixed and creamy.
- In a medium saucepan, melt the marshmallows and milk together over medium-low heat. Keep a close eye on it and stir occasionally. It takes about 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and let cool.
- Add ingredients from saucepan to the cream cheese and beat with electric mixer to combine.
Fold in the whipped topping until thoroughly combined.
- Pour into graham cracker crust and let set in refrigerator several hours or overnight.
*Optional: drizzle with chocolate or caramel topping.
