regular size marshmallows
3/4 c
2- 8 oz pkg
cream cheese, softened
container cool whip
graham cracker pie crust
1/4 c
chocolate or caramel topping

How to Make Marshmallow Cheesecake Pie


  • 1In a large bowl with an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese until it is well mixed and creamy.
  • 2In a medium saucepan, melt the marshmallows and milk together over medium-low heat. Keep a close eye on it and stir occasionally. It takes about 10 minutes.

    Remove from heat and let cool.
  • 3Add ingredients from saucepan to the cream cheese and beat with electric mixer to combine.
    Fold in the whipped topping until thoroughly combined.
  • 4Pour into graham cracker crust and let set in refrigerator several hours or overnight.
    *Optional: drizzle with chocolate or caramel topping.
