macaroon pie
This is a chewy coconut pie that is much like those wonderful macaroon cookies. I hope you'll like it.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 - eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup coconut (i use mounds)
How To Make macaroon pie

Step 1Beat together in a bowl, sugar, eggs,and salt until lemon in color.

Step 2Mix in your butter, and flour. Then add the milk and the coconut and blend well.

Step 3Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 325 about 45-55 minutes or until middle has set and doesn't jiggle and top is crisp and golden brown. This is a heavenly pie.
