Lemon Tassies

Leanne D.

I'm always looking for lemon recipes, especially desserts! We have a beautiful lemon tree in the yard and the lemons are ripe year round.I'm told the more you pick the more they grow,so I make sure I pick them. Then what do you do with them ?Most people in Pasadena have a lemon or citrus tree.I freeze a lot of juice.I make lots of different flavors of lemonade but I try not to drink too many sugary drinks. Lemonade is about the only thing my sons will make, they know how to cook but don't like too.
Anyway,I've been making these for many years and they're always loved.
