Ingredients

  • 1 can(s)
    12 oz of evaporated milk - very cold
  • 1 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 3
    lemons juiced
  • 1
    sleeve of graham crackers, crushed
  • 1/2 c
    butter, melted

How to Make Lemon Fluff

Step-by-Step

  1. CRUST: mix graham cracker crumbs and butter, press into the bottom of a 9x13 pan
  2. whip milk until thick with a mixer,add sugar and lemon juice. Pour over crust and freeze.
  3. In the summer I like to serve with fresh fruit
