Ingredients
- 1 can 12 oz of evaporated milk - very cold
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3 - lemons juiced
- 1 - sleeve of graham crackers, crushed
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
How To Make lemon fluff

Step 1CRUST: mix graham cracker crumbs and butter, press into the bottom of a 9x13 pan

Step 2whip milk until thick with a mixer,add sugar and lemon juice. Pour over crust and freeze.

Step 3In the summer I like to serve with fresh fruit
