This is a great way to cool off in the summer. My family loves it any time. My great grandson(3) will ask me if I have any snuff.lol

Ingredients

  • 1 can 12 oz of evaporated milk - very cold
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3 - lemons juiced
  • 1 - sleeve of graham crackers, crushed
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

How To Make lemon fluff

  • Step 1
    CRUST: mix graham cracker crumbs and butter, press into the bottom of a 9x13 pan
  • Step 2
    whip milk until thick with a mixer,add sugar and lemon juice. Pour over crust and freeze.
  • Step 3
    In the summer I like to serve with fresh fruit
