  • - butter, size of a walnut
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 - eggs, seperated
  • 1 - lemon (juice of and grated rind)
  • pinch salt
  • 1 - bottom crust

How To Make lemon custard pie

  • Step 1
    Rub together butter, sugar and flour; add egg yolks, lemon and milk; stir in beaten egg whites. Bake one hour in moderate oven.
