Ingredients
- 3 - large eggs
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/4 cup evaporated milk (canned cream)
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon grated lemon rind
- 1 - unbaked 9 inch pie crust
How To Make lemon chess pie

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs and sugar together for 2 minutes. Add butter and cream, and beat for 2 more minutes. Add lemon juice and rind, and mix well.

Step 2Pour into pie crust and bake for 30-40 minutes until top is medium brown and jiggling in the middle third of pie. It will set up completely as it cools.

Step 3Serve with a spoonful of Cool Whip on top.
