How to Make Lemon Chess Pie
- Melt the butter in a saucepan. Let cool slightly. Stir in 1 cup of sugar then add 1 teaspoonful of flour and the rind and juice of lemon. Place 3 eggs in a bowl and beat slightly. Add the eggs to the lemon mixture. (remove rind) Pour into the unbaked pie crust and bake for 30 minutes.
