- 1 - unbaked pie shell
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon all purpose flour
- 1 - lemon (juice and rind)
- 3 - eggs
- **PREHEAT OVEN TO 425 DEGREES**
How To Make lemon chess pie

Step 1Melt the butter in a saucepan. Let cool slightly. Stir in 1 cup of sugar then add 1 teaspoonful of flour and the rind and juice of lemon. Place 3 eggs in a bowl and beat slightly. Add the eggs to the lemon mixture. (remove rind) Pour into the unbaked pie crust and bake for 30 minutes.
