I was craving something chocolte, but not just anything, so I got all the foods together that would make this so lush, it is like a piece of heaven.

Ingredients

  • 36
    chocolate oreo cookies
  • 6 Tbsp
    melted butter
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, softened, i used reduced-fat
  • 1/4 c
    sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    2% milk
  • 12 oz
    light cool whip topping
  • 2 box
    instant, sugar-free chocolate pudding mix
  • 3-1/4 c
    cold 1% milk
  • 1-1/2 c
    mini chocolate chips

How to Make Layered chocolate heaven

Step-by-Step

  1. In a lg plastic bag, crush cookies until their fine crumbs. In lg bowl add cookie crumbs and butter, mix well. Using a spatula, press cookie crumbs into bottom of a 9" x 13" pan.
  2. Place in refrigerator to set. In medium bowl, beat cream cheese, 2 tbsp milk and sugar. Lightly beat in 1-1/4 cups cool whip topping. Spread over cookie crumb crust.
  3. In bowl, beat pudding mix w/ remaining milk until thickened. Spread mix over cream cheese layer. Spread remaining cool whip topping over pudding. Sprinkle w/ chocolate chips. Put in freezer for 1 hr.
