key lime pie
This is Luby's recipe for key lime pie and my favorite. I usually don't bother ith the green food coloring.

Ingredients
- 2 (14 oz) cans sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice (3-4 limes)
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (1-2 lemons)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons grated lime peel
- 1/4 teaspoon green food coloring
- 1 - 9 inch graham cracker crust
- 1 (8 z.) package cool whip
How To Make key lime pie

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2In a medium bowl, combine milk, both juices, peel and food coloring.

Step 3Mix just until ingredients are well blended. Don't over mix.

Step 4Pour into crust.

Step 5Bake 5 minutes.

Step 6Refrigerate at least 2 hours.

Step 7Top with whipped cream.
