    eggs
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    raisins
  • 1 c
    coconut
  • 1 c
    pecans, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp
    vanilla
  • 1 stick
    butter or margarine
  • 2
    unbaked pie crust

How to Make Japanese Fruit Pie

Step-by-Step

  1. Beat eggs, add sugar and beat well. Add raisins, coconut and pecans. Then add melted butter and vanilla. Mix well, pour into two unbaked pie crusts. Bake 35-40 minutes at 350.
