Ingredients For irish mint chocolate chip pie

    oreo cookie crust
  • 1
    10 oz pkg fudge mint cookies, i used keeblers
  • 1/2 gal
    chocolate mint ice cream, softened
  • 8 oz
    whipped cream, thawed if frozen
  • 1 jar
    fat free hot fudge topping
  • 1/4 c
    crushed fudge mint cookies

How To Make irish mint chocolate chip pie

  • 1
    Line bottom of cookie crust w/ 12 mint cookies. Spread soft ice cream over cookies.

    Place in freezer for 1 hr. Remove from freezer, drizzle w/ hot fudge topping. Dot w/ whipped cream. Sprinkle w/ crushed cookies. Freeze until firm.
