  • 4 large
  • 6 Tbsp
    oleo margarine
  • 1/2 c
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 2 c
  • 1 c
    sugar or sweetener
  • 1 c
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla or other extract of your choice

How to Make Impossible pie


  1. Put all ingredients into blender or mixer and blend 10 seconds at a time, 3 to 4 times. Pour into buttered and floured 10 inch pie plate.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Pie will be done when the top is starting to turn golden brown.
    You might try adding powdered sugar to top.
