- 1/2 cup Bisquick or gluten-free Bisquick
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup coconut, flaked
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon butter, softened
