Ingredients

sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c
lemon juice
1/2 tsp
almond extract
2 1/2 c
tart cherries
1 c
pecans, in pieces
1 pt
whipping cream
4 Tbsp
sugar
2 pkg
graham crackers
1/2 c
sugar
1/2 c
butter

How to Make JEAN'S HOLIDAY PIE

Step-by-Step

  • 1To make pie crust, use 1 package graham crackers, 1/4 cup sugar & 1/4 cup butter for each. Put graham crackers in zip lock bag & crush with rolling pin. Put graham crackers & sugar & butter in pie pan. Mix. Use fork, press crumbles in pan & up sides. Put in refrigerator.
  • 2Combine milk & juice, add extract, cherries and nuts. Reserve some cherries for garnish.
  • 3Whip the cream with the sugar & fold into the fruit mixture.
  • 4Put fruit mixture in shells and garnish with cherries & pecans.
  • 5Refrigerate 16-24 hours.
