friendship pie
I got this recipe out of an old fundraiser cook book from my Grandma's church. This is a very simple pie, but very delicious and it's always nice to share something sweet with a friend.

Ingredients
- 2 - premade graham cracker crusts
- 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 package plain gelatin
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 - (12 oz.) container cool whip
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans, almonds or macadamia nuts (optional)
How To Make friendship pie

Step 1In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin into lemon juice. Mix in sweetened condensed milk. Fold in cool whip.

Step 2Divide cool whip mixture into two graham cracker crusts and sprinkle with chopped nuts. Refrigerate for at least 12 hours.

Step 3Keep one pie and give one to a friend! :)
