- 1 - unbaked pie shell, homemade or store bought
- 3 - eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 cup shredded coconut
How To Make french coconut pie

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. In a medium bowl, add lightly beaten eggs and then the remaining ingredients in order.

Step 2Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until set in center and golden brown on top (center should not jiggle) Remove from oven and let cool completely. Yum!
