    unbaked pie shell, homemade or store bought
  • 3
    eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 c
  • 1 stick
    butter, softened
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp
    white vinegar
  • 1 c
    shredded coconut

How to Make French Coconut Pie


  1. Preheat oven to 350. In a medium bowl, add lightly beaten eggs and then the remaining ingredients in order.
  2. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until set in center and golden brown on top (center should not jiggle) Remove from oven and let cool completely. Yum!
