This is an easy pie to put together and so good!

Ingredients

  • 1 - unbaked pie shell, homemade or store bought
  • 3 - eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 stick butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 cup shredded coconut

How To Make french coconut pie

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350. In a medium bowl, add lightly beaten eggs and then the remaining ingredients in order.
  • Step 2
    Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until set in center and golden brown on top (center should not jiggle) Remove from oven and let cool completely. Yum!
