8 ozcream cheese, room temperature

1 can(s)sweetened condensed milk

1/4 clemon juice
-
2 tspvanilla extract

1graham cracker pie crust
-
1 can(s)your choice of topping (cherry, strawberry, etc.)
How to Make Easy Peezy Cheesecake
- Mix softened cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until completely blended.
- Add lemon juice and vanilla. Mix with electric mixer until completely blended.
- Put in pie crust and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Add desired topping and serve. Makes 6-8 servings.
