I make this simple cheesecake for all family special occasions. It has even been requested as birthday gifts :) The longer it is refrigerated, the thicker it will become. Making it the day before is ideal. You can also vary the amount of lemon juice to make it more/less tart. The result is a very creamy dessert that is a definite crowd pleaser!

lemon juice

your choice of topping (cherry, strawberry, etc.)

How to Make Easy Peezy Cheesecake

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix softened cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until completely blended.
  • 2Add lemon juice and vanilla. Mix with electric mixer until completely blended.
  • 3Put in pie crust and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Add desired topping and serve. Makes 6-8 servings.
