Ingredients

eggs, beaten
6 Tbsp
lemon juice
1 c
sugar
1 c
whipped cream, sweetened or coolwhip

baked, pie shell, 8 or 9' inch or graham cracker crust

Step-By-Step

1Mix beaten eggs, lemon juice, and sugar with hand mixer for 5 minutes or until it is frothy.
2Pour in medium saucepan, and bring to a boil and cook until thick and bubbly. Cool.
3Fold in whipped cream into cooled lemon mixture and pour into baked pie shell. Keep cold until served.
