- 16 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest, grated

Step 1Heat oven to 350. In lg bowl, beat cream cheese until creamy. Beat in eggs, sugar, vanilla and lemon zest.
