easy chocolate banana pie

This pie is super easy to make. It is a go to recipe when you don't have a lot of time to make dessert. I use sugar free instant chocolate pudding. I also use Lite whipped topping as well. It only takes about 10 minutes to prepare, however, you do have to refrigerate for a couple of hours.

Ingredients

  • 1-3.9 oz box instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 3/4 cups milk
  • 1 small banana, sliced
  • 1-8oz. - non dairy whipped topping
  • 1 - graham cracker pie crust

How To Make easy chocolate banana pie

  • Step 1
    Mix together pudding mix and milk in a small bowl with a whisk for 2 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Fold in 1/2 cup whipped topping.
  • Step 3
    Pour 1/2 of pudding mixture into pie crust.
  • Step 4
    Place banana slices over pudding.
  • Step 5
    Pour remaining pudding over bananas.
  • Step 6
    Top with remaining whipped topping.
  • Step 7
    Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
  • Step 8
    Add shaved chocolate on top of pie for presentation. (optional)
