This pie was served at one of my card groups. It was decadent and so easy to prepare. It was made with coconut cream pudding with toasted coconut on top. Use your creativity and try various pudding mixes but be sure to use one box of vanilla in addition to the two flavors of your choice. Enjoy!!!

Ingredients

2 boxes instant pudding of your choice
1 box vanilla instant pudding
3 cups milk
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
1 - baked pie crust or graham cracker crust
1 small container cool whip

How To Make cream pie made with ice cream

Step 1

I had this delicious pie made with coconut cream pudding. There are many variations you can make but ,one box of pudding must be vanilla. These are small boxes. If using coconut cream pudding, top with toasted coconut. Excellent

Step 2

Mix the pudding with milk. Add the two heaping scoops of vanilla ice cream and mix well.
Step 3

Pour into pie shell and top with cool whip. Top with toasted coconut.
