Got this from a co-worker who is an excellent cook. YUMMY & EASY!!!

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces cream cheese (8 oz size)
  • 1 large frozen whipped cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • TOPPING
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 - pie shell - your choice, regulare or graham

How To Make cream cheese & fruit pie

  • Step 1
    Mix all filling ing. and put into pie shell and chill while making the topping
  • Step 2
    Mix topping ing. in a saucepan and cook over medium until thick. Remove from heat and let cool. Put over top of filling in pie crust. Chill
  • Step 3
    Top with fruit of your choice and chill 2 more hours.
