- 1 - unbaked deep dish pie crust
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup white granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup salted butter, melted (if using unsalted butter, add a pinch of salt to the batter)
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup real semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon kentucky bourbon (such as maker's mark, knob creek)

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and place unbaked crust (in pie pan) on a cookie sheet and set aside.

Step 2In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs until foamy.
