Ingredients

  • 1
    chocolate cookie pie crust
  • 3/4 c
    peanutbutter
  • 1/2 c
    powdered sugar
  • CHOCOLATE PUDDING

  • 3 large
    egg yolks
  • 3 Tbsp
    cornstarch [heaping]
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1/3 c
    hersheys unsweetened coco powder
  • 3 c
    milk
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter, cold
  • TOPPING

  • 2 c
    whipped topping [of your choise]
  • 1/4 c
    chopped peanuts
  • 1/4 c
    shaved chocolate

How to Make Chocolate Peanutbutter Pie

Step-by-Step

  1. In small bowl combine peanutbutter and powdered sugar. Pour into choloate crust.
  2. In heavy sauce pan combine next 5 ingredience using a whip to stir constantly cook over low heat till mixture starts to bubble and thicken.
  3. Remove from heat add butter and vanilla.Mix well, cover with film let cool.
  4. When cool pour into pie shell on top of peanutbutter mixture.
  5. Put whip topping on top of chocolate, spinkle with crushed peanuts and chocolate, Serve
